  • We love group exercise because of the convenience of classes, high-energy environment, and a community that pushes growth and health. The instructors for each group exercise class works hard to keep classes fresh, innovative, safe, and focused on personal growth at all levels. Sports Core is an important part of our day and health journey and we love being a part of the community!

  • I’ve been in two consecutive Aquatic Arthritis six-week sessions. I signed up to improve my flexibility and as a non-swimmer I wanted to increase my comfort-level in the water. I’ve noticed an improvement in my flexibility especially upon rising in the morning. This class will continue to be a part of my health regime. I love it!

There is a class for everyone – whether you’re looking for low key, high intensity, or something in-between. One thing that is consistent in the classes is the positivity and energy of all of the instructors! They are all encouraging, and quick to say that it is not THEIR class, but YOURS, so do what you need to do to get out of the class what you intended. The instructors and fellow classmates have become my friends, and I’m happy to call the Sports Core my “second home".
